Happy Feet

Embroidery on shoes and boots was a hot trend this season.  Sometimes though, over embellishment can be too much of a good thing. These beautiful black suede shoes by Franco Sarto were spotted at TJMaxx.  The embroidery on the heel adds wonderful detail (without being too overbearing)  and a pop of colour  to an otherwise simple shoe.  The block heel provides comfort and the ankle strap looks great with both pants and dresses.  They are a great example of how to wear a trend if you want to be a bit more understated.  I quickly snatched this elegant, highly versatile shoe for a mere $32.
