With New Year's Eve behind us, I find this is the best time to swoop up some great deals on evening dresses.  While browsing, I came across this stunning dress by THEIA at TJMaxx.  The picture really doesn't do this piece justice.  The meticulous beading in tandem with the deep blue color illuminated this dress so much so that it caught my eye from deep in the racks.  When I pulled it out it sparkled like twinkling stars glowing in the night sky.  It is not for the faint of heart as the  head to toe beading is heavy, and can easily swallow someone up who lacks the inner confidence to command its wear.
